Jacqui brings over 10 years of experience in the gas and utilities sector, having worked across a wide range of roles, from back-office operations to hands-on technical work out in the field. This breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on both the practical and organisational sides of the industry, allowing her to understand exactly what learners and employers need from their training.
As Training Centre Manager, Jacqui is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the academy, supporting both staff and learners, ensuring that every course is delivered to the highest standard. Known for her approachable and supportive nature, she is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where learners feel confident to build their skills and progress in their careers.


Steaphan Tritschler – Trainer & Assessor (Smart Metering)
Steaphan is an experienced trainer and assessor specialising in smart metering, with a strong background in the utilities sector. Having worked both on the tools and in training environments, he brings a practical, real-world approach to every session he delivers.
His focus is on making sure learners gain the knowledge they need and the confidence to apply their skills effectively in the field. Steaphan is known for his supportive teaching style, clear communication and ability to adapt training to suit different learning styles.
Passionate about developing future talent, Steaphan plays a key role in helping learners progress in their careers while supporting industry standards and compliance.
Chris Stuart – Trainer & Assessor (Gas and Renewables)
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the gas industry and renewable technologies, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to Surereserve Training Academy. Coming from a HVAC and extensive gas background, he has worked across a wide range of projects, giving him a deep understanding of both traditional systems and the latest innovations in energy efficiency and sustainability.
As our Gas and Renewables Trainer and Assessor, Chris is passionate about passing on his skills to the next generation of engineers. He takes pride in delivering clear, practical training that prepares learners for real-world challenges, while also ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.
