This week at the Sureserve Training Academy, we welcomed a new group of operatives for their full-week induction training, the first step in their journey with us and a crucial part of ensuring they’re set up for success.
Led by our trainer Steaphan, the induction week covered everything from company processes and procedures to essential refresher sessions on both gas and electrical safety.
The aim?
To make sure every new team member understands not just how we work, but also the high standards we expect when it comes to safety, compliance and customer service.
Our skilled and friendly team supporting students with classwork, providing guidance on our practical electrical boards and demonstrating a variety of ventilation styles used in gas installations, giving real-world context to the theory and helping build practical confidence from day one.
